Lior BlikLior Blik, President and CEO, Network Infrastructure Technologies, Inc., has grown his NYC-based, IT solutions company from just two employees to nearly 75 full-time employees since its founding. In this role, Mr. Blik oversees business development efforts and manages solutions ranging from assessments to enterprise-wide IT management. Making a client's needs his first priority, Mr. Blik acknowledges the need to understand each client's business goals before NIT can assess the client's IT needs.

Since June 2007, Mr. Blik has served as Hoboken University Medical Center's (HUMC) Acting Chief Information Officer. NITHealth, a division of NIT, manages oversight of information technology systems at HUMC, providing planning, infrastructure management, hardware and software upgrades, staffing, training and IT support for all hospital departments. HUMC was recently named "Hospital of the Year" by New Jersey business journal, NJBIZ.

Mr. Blik believes in focusing on the client's bottom line, such as cost containment. "One of the values we bring to all of our clients is cost savings," he says. "We do not take vendors' recommendations for granted; we question them and seek alternatives. Craig Calafiore

Executive Vice President Sales, Network Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. (NIT)

Craig CalafioreCraig Calafiore is Executive Vice President Sales for NIT. Mr. Calafiore oversees sales activities for both NIT Health, NIT's business unit focused on serving healthcare providers, and NIT Connect, serving small to mid-size professional, manufacturing and service industries.

In this role, Mr. Calafiore manages the sale for applications and networks, as well as manages ventures with other companies to build relationships, yielding new business wins for this growing IT company.

Prior to joining NIT in 2007, Mr. Calafiore held several executive positions overseeing extensive sales and customer support activities in companies providing technology solutions for diverse client bases including Aquis Communications, The Cal Group, Inc., and Skytel, Inc. Working with customers to deliver high-quality IT services, Mr. Calafiore has the inherent ability to look around the next corner and anticipate customers' needs, helping to put NIT on the cutting edge of IT management
